Error in loading Embed resource files for Digital Twin contest

I have installed Altair Embed in my system. However, when I try to load the resource file provided for Digital Twin Contest in Task A, it shows an error. The error reads, 'Can't load addon DLL. The specified module could not be found.' How can I rectify this?

    Hi Vaishnavi,

    Using embed to extract the coordinates, will need the contourtoXY addon to be referenced in the preferences,

    the process for this is explained in the video to the left of the model files link on the contest page https://altairuniversity.com/contest/

    The same process is explained here as well.

    • Open Altair embed, goto Edit tab select Preferences, a window will appear

    • Go to Addons tab, scroll down and when you click on ..., you will be able to mention file path of the ContourToXY.dll (ContourToXY.dll file is provided in the model files link)

    • Close and Restart Embed

    Thank you for your help, Sir. Although I tried the above steps as per the instructions. Still, I keep getting the same error. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

    I would appreciate any help in this matter.
