How can we make a reference and/or take permission, if we would like to use a figure or some data from EDEM documentation, in the thesis/report/publication? Is there any format?

I changed the forum to Altair University as there maybe somebody that can better answer the query here.
From my perspective as the help is online I would cite the website for the help documentation as you would any website. https://help.altair.com/EDEM/index.htm#t=Introducing_EDEM.htm
