Radiation study with Optistruct

Hi, I would like to transpose enclosure radiation problem from Nastran Guide to Optistruct, using cards like RADCAV, RADSET and also VIEW3D to calculate view factors between surfaces. Does Optistruct support these cards ?

Here's an example model of Radiation Heat Trasnfer in OptiStruct.

BUT it is not supported yet in HyperMesh, i think, as it is quite new.

 

I haven't played myself with it.

Hi Adriano,

Thank you for your answer and the example, which I had already... This example run well (without generating errors) with Optistruct but it uses only basic radiation cards (RADBC, RADM), which can be ok for radiation heat transfert with space but not sufficient when you want to study radiation heat transfert between surfaces and calculate some view factors... Maybe it is too early to have such possibilities with Optistruct.
