download and try problems
I chose the cast program in the marketplace. I clicked the try button, the cast software still does not appear in my apps. There is neither a download link nor the program I chose is in my apps section.
As far as I can see everyone has this problem. it says your attempt is accepted, it does not share any download link. The app is also not included in my apps section.
After 5 or 10 seconds, I press the "try" button again for the cast program. A strange warning appears that you have reached your limit. How can I fill my limit when the program doesn't have a download link yet?
Is there no real authority on altair side who can solve our problem?

Hello,
The error is most likely due to a processing timing issue. It can take a few minutes after you order your trial to get access to downloads. I would suggest trying a bit later.
