Also running 2020.1 on my laptop. Running a standard mesh the both models and frequency is at 2GHz, but the one ending in V7 mesh size is 100x larger and the file ending in V2. They should the same file but with small changes: like 2 GHz changed to 500MHz, but I set both to 2 GHz to test the difference. I am not sure what the difference is and which file will give me the correct data?

CADFeko. The problem was one was set to MOM solver and the other was set to MLFMM solver (100x). Solve/Run tab, Solver settings, MLFMM/ACA tab. "None" button for MOM and "Solve model with the MLFMM" for MLFMM.
