Tensioning feature not activated after Belt routing.

Hello,

After placing ATD on the seat, I could route the belt using manual method. But tensioning feature is not active. I have see both 2D and 1D elements and able to move the belt interactively. Only tensioning feature is not active to remove the slack. Any quick fix??
