Black highlight on characters with image capture

Switched from 2017 to 2021.2 and the characters in the window are highlighted black / covered only in the resulting image, but in the view/app it looks correct.

I've looked through what options I can find but nothing made a difference.

How can I fix this?

what is your graphic card? is it a dedicated board?

sometimes this is related to graphic card or outdated drivers.
