Yes - probably needed. It looks like the Inlet BC has been applied to surfaces where the parent solid bodies are assigned different medium/material. Make sure the solid bodies are assigned the correct/desired material. Also good to assign separate boundary conditions (so in separate sets) if the surfaces are topologically disconnected.

For starters, can you just add the input file (.inp) and Log file (.Log) here in the forum - as attachments?
