Altair Software Recommendation for FE Simulation

Hi,

I am trying to use finite element (FE) method to simulate soft/flexible/stretchable material dynamic deformation like balloon expansion with air pumping by pneumatic actuator. I find Altair Radioss may suitable but it don't have open source software to download. Can I get some advice for which software I should use for FE simulation? Thanks a lot!
