Hi,
How can I fix this error
*** ERROR # 6005 *** The properties referenced by DSIZE card 1 are not referenced by any designable elements.
here is my model
You are facing an error due to OUTPUT,FSTOSZ,YESEven after fixing it you will not able to run the optimization properly due to other errors.Prefer to convert from based composite to ply based. So, you will be able to run optimization easier.Watch the videos below that might help you.Convert zone based composite model to ply based: https://altairuniversity.com/learning-library/convert-OptiStruct for Composite Analysis & Optimization: zone-based-composite-model-to-ply-based/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PJeW3cVpsMThank you,

Thanks a lot.
According to your advice, I found another video teach me how to Convert zone based composite model to ply based
Convert Zone Based Composite Model to Ply Based - Altair University
After converting, I still meet a problem:
ERROR 14 Missing PLY referenced by STACK
and here is my model(updated)
Thank you!

Please see the file attached, it's running with no error.Be sure you are using properly the constraints, minimum/maximum thickness in your model, and so on.Thank you,
Thank you, but I'm new to Hypermesh. So I don't know how to open FEM files.
Hyperview shows:
Failed to attach results.
Can I have a look at the hm file so that I can learn how to use those constraints properly?
Please excuse my ignorance.

Hi, no problems. Please find attached the .hm for v2022.You can also click file/import/solver deck (be sure you are using solver interface OptiStruct) to import the .fem file.Hope it works for you.Robinson
I hope it helps and please don't forget to highlight as correct answer
Sorry, I was busy the other day. You really helped me a lot. Thanks!
