Activating Thea for sketchup license

I am trying to activate Thea for Skecthup. In the License setup it is asking me for username and password. I have tried my Thea and Altair usernames and passwords but each time I am told what I am putting in is wrong. I have logged into my Thea and Altair accounts with these password successfully but neither work to activate Thea for Sketchup version 3. I have re checked them several times. What am I doing wrong? Is there another username and password I should be using?

I see your license was successfully activated yesterday. If you are still having issues please contact our support by going to https://community.altair.com and clicking Create Case.

I also am trying to license Thea for Sketchup How to go about it is as clear as mud. Why can't they use a system like most others, send email with activation info shortly after payment is received?

As it is I must delay submission of a project days while waiting for this mess to get sorted.
