License setting up

I have trouble setting up the license.

My username is y***4@***.edu.

Only local File is activated, hosted on Altair One is not activated even though my altair one account is working. 

Also, I have no idea what I should do in terms of 'Local Server'.

I need your help.

    Hello,
    Your Altair One account is a trail account with no active license. Are you trying to use the Student Version of HyperWorks?
