Hi all expert, 

Can anyone explain for me this parameter (in layman term)? I confuse with "acoustic medium".

I think some syntax is missing, for better syntax read in the optistruct documentation
PARAM, SPLRHO (altair.com)

So, SPLRHO should be your density of you medium, which is air I suppose. So enter density of air
