Hi all expert, 

I have a question: 

Equivalent Radiated Power (ERP) vs Sound Pressure Level (SPL), which is better to describle noise?

Hello Nancy, 

SPL is the actual pressure variation that a microphone/our ears capture and cause the noise. ERP provides information about the maximum dynamic radiation of panels, so there is no distance involved and no microphones. Even though they are fairly related, SPL would be the right choice.
