Exporting table from Monarch to Access - can we force fixed decimal places for the number fields?

I have a table that I have created in Monarch that has amount fields. I am able to export this table to an Access table. The amount fields in Access must be set to Fixed format so it always shows 2 decimal places.

Is there something that I can do or set in Monarch, so that when I export the table to Access, the format of the number/amount fields (in Access) is already set to Fixed?

Thank you,

Michael

    Hi Michael,

I am an Altair Support engineer.

Note that a Support ticket has also been opened on your behalf.  I will respond here and to that Support ticket - because I will be asking for information which you may consider sensitive, you may prefer to answer in the Support ticket instead of here in the community.

Could you please give me the exact version and product name you are using?  (For example Monarch Classic 15.5 or Monarch Data Prep Studio 2020.1.0.)

Could you please give me your input files and Monarch files (Model, Project, Workspace, etc.)?

And could you please explain exactly where in Monarch and in Access you would like to see a format of "fixed"?

If you would like to have a screensharing session with me, I could meet with you Monarch 6/14 at 1:30 pm Eastern Time, or else Tuesday 6/15 at 10 am Eastern, or else please give me a couple of times which would work better for you.

    Thanks!

Great - I have sent you a Teams invitation for today at 1:30 pm Eastern Time.

I also now notice that you did specify that this is for Monarch version 2020.1, sorry if I missed that before.
