How to extract (.pch) reduced matrices when using CMSMETH GM (General Method)?

Dear all,

I'm running a model reduction and I would like to extract the reduced matrices as a .pch file (ASCII format) when using CMSMETH GM (General Method).

When I use the CMSMETH CBN (Craig Bampton Nodal), the matrices are correctly output (I am using PARAM, EXTOUT,DMIGPCH and PARAM,MASSDMIG, to print the corresponding stiff and mass matrices, respectively). However, when I use CMSMETH GM (General Method) instead of  CMSMETH CBN (Craig Bampton Nodal), the .pch file is not created. Does anyone know how to overcome this issue?

Thank you all.

    Hi Pedro,

You are right that punch format is not supported for GM method.

This limitation is due to an accuracy consideration.
