Altair Inspire 2021.1 suddenly close itself everytime I open it. How to solve this problem?

After I open the apps, I try to sketch it'll close without warning. Will reinstall solve this problem?

We typically see this happen when

1: the laptop does not have enough resources

2: the video driver is out of date

3: video card cannot support advanced graphics

4: a malware software is incorrectly flagging Inspire.

 

for 2# do a clean install/upgrade of your graphics driver

for 4# create an exception in the malware program

Could you check these and let us know if the behavior changes.
