Nonlinear Steady State Heat Transfer Analysis

I'm currently doing the certification course Thermal analysis with OptiStruct and i am stuck with the step 4 to Apply Thermal Loading and Boundary Conditions. Can anyone explain what the 7th step highlighted in the screenshot means? 

When I enter the card edit mode for the load Collector SPC_HEAT i don't get any options to change to load options.

Instead of doing card edit, you can use the 'references' option and multiple edit your SPCs, as shown in the attached video.

In the video i've changed only 1 SPC, but if you had multiple, you could select and change multiple.
