after successful installation at altair managment utility (ALMUtil),  i am getting an error,image

    hi,

     

    usually this means that there is a communication error between the server and the client machines.

    Have you checked if the client machine can reach the server (by using 'ping' for example).

    Hi

    sometimes the server machine and client machines are unable to communicate to each other so that time it will through this error, so open command prompt and type "ping servername" to know whether the server and client machine are communicating or not
