Hello Dattu;
The cogging torque is always computed in no load. Since this quantity is sensitive to the mesh and the step you use in the scenario please take care when defining them.
You can compute the cogging torque in no load within Magnetostatic application or Magnetic transient application.
Please have a look on the tutorial (Prius IPM) available from Flux supervisor.
The cogging torque can be also computed through FluxMotor, I suggest you to use FluxMotor first for your machine.
