Non mappable solid problem

Hello, I have a problem with meshing my model. I have tried splitting my model to get a mappable solid however the model is still non-mappable. I don't know what else to do appreciate any help. I attached the hm. file. Hoping anyone can try to mesh the model and guide me through it.

The notch introduces some issues for mapping. Also there may be some geometry issues (See the 2 points in the model below).

May be some issues with the surfaces in the notch too.

Also the dimensions of the notch, especially since it goes to 0 thickness in the bottom, compared to the overall dimensions means you might want to have a much finer mess around the notch compared to the rest of the model and therefore not want to map it anyways. Or if the notch isn't import for your analysis I would remove it then it will be easily mappable.

Please see if any .hm file works for you.

As mentioned by Ben, the best option is correct the geometry first.
I was able to create the mesh only using reflect.

Thank you for the help. i am currently running another simulation and it takes some time. I will try to edit the geometry and will let you know which one works once I'm done with my current simulation.
