Hi,

I sent the wrong Ethernet Host ID the first time, so i submitted a new request for the student edition about 3 weeks ago and 
I still haven't heard back about whether it's been approved. Does it normally take this long for requests to be approved? Since 
from the automatic email reply I've received it says it'd take a week, so I'm not sure if it's because I've provided incorrect 
information when I submitted the request or it just normally takes more than a week.
