Hypermesh 2023 Install Problem

 i installed hyperworks 2023.1 desktop, however, i am not able to import any files or see any ribbons as in the picture. I tried several times to uninstall/install. Nothing changes.

Hello,

First I suggest you 2 points:

- Delete temporary files using the .bat file in your installation folder : hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup

- Check the points listed on the below link according your configuration : https://community.altair.com/community?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0119809&sys_kb_id=f9e6c3781b27dd10c4dfdbd9dc4bcbb7&spa=1
