Run OptiStruct on student pack

Hi everyone,

My school just provided me a student HyperWorks license for my final year of engineer student. The problem is that I don't have any access to Altair Compute Console so I can't run my topology optimization with OptiStruct. If anybody have any explication to this issue I'll be grateful to you.
