Similar Shell element in Optistruct

Hi,
I'm new to Optistruct and I'm looking to compare my results with those obtained from the Calculix FEA solver.
In Calculix, I've solved a linear static problem using the S4 element type. The description of element type (S4) is as follows

How can I replicate this in Optistruct with a similar element type?

    Hi Anoop,

    You can use QUAD4 (CQUAD4) elements to represent S4 and S4R four node shell element. For S8 element which is 2nd order, you can use CQUAD8. If you are looking for Brick element, then go for hex8 (1st order), or hex20(2nd order) element in Optistruct. See the image below for Quad element.
