problem when I import .csv file to generate virtual bushing
Hello,
My goadl is to create virtual bushing by importing .csv file in Simsolid
My fastener.csv file contains the following data :
X,Y,Z,Diameter,Stiffness linear X,Stiffness linear Y,Stiffness linear Z,Stiffness angular X,Stiffness angular Y,Stiffness angular Z,Coordinate system id |
How can I proceed ? because it does not work.
How and when can I import in the model the coordinate system (with .csv) used in the bushing definition ?
Thank you !!

I found that 10^9 is not a right format. 10.E+9 is accecpted.
But now I have a problem with the format of csv file to import the local coordinate system definitions. I can't find the help.0 -
Hi Lise,

In SimSolid we must specify the direction of X and Y axis of LCS, as shown in the screenshot above
