I have Windows 10. While installing student edition of Hypermesh(2017.2) I am getting error as Insert new media. I have also selected other required space and it still keeps coming every time I try to install. I also have available disc space in my laptop ie upto 30GB.

Please let me know how I can solve this issue. Thank you.

I have seen the " Insert new media" error show up in cases where the download exe is corrupt. Pls make sure you run checksum to ensure integrity of the download and then proceed with the installation.

On Windows for checksum you could run the following command and compare the output text string with that provided with the software.

    certUtil -hashfile <path to file> MD5
