HyperWorks Student edition download problems

Hello,

 

yesterday I ordered the HyperWorks student edition. The order (Order Number: 46826) has been approved in a short time. But after that I got some problems downloading the files on this website: https://secure.altair.com/onlinestore/index.php?main_page=hwdownload.
Every time I started the download in firefox using windows 10, the file is downloaded till the end (downloaded data size: 1,56 GB) . But after it finished, a message said that the download failed. I tried this several times and with different browser but i got the same message every time after finishing the download.

I hope you can help me with this problem and I would be very grateful if you can help me with this problem.

Not sure about the download failed. This could be because network stability or any privacy/security settings.

 

Can you try in Chrome Incognito mode or FireFox private mode?

Hi guys. Thanks for your fast answer.

I tried to clear my history and cache and I also used the private mode of firefox, but i still faced the same issue. By using the alternative link, which Rahuls sent me, I could download the executables. Thanks for your help.

I am Shaik Jaheda. The download mail link I have got for hyperwork is not working and its a little bit confusing. Can you please tell me about the downlaod process and send link as well.
