Not able to start Installation

I have recently got the student license for hyperworks 2017 and have been given the required steps to install the software by altair through mail. after giving the license file the proper environment variable i started the installer after which there is a pop up where it shows that InstallAnywhere is preparing for installation. After that the program abruptly ends and there is no installation popup.

Any idea why this is happening?I have uploaded a pic to give an idea what i am talking about

    Please check downloaded files before installing. Have a look at file '*_checksum.txt' on download folder.

    Dear Nguxyen,

    I met the same problems. What the meaning of check '*_checksum.txt' file. There is only one file I can find before installation. I put a figure in belowing.
