Are Hyperworks 12 and 13 compatible?

Hey guys,

 

Am I able to open a model I made on Hypermesh 12. on Hypermesh 13 and vice-versa?

Hi Carnut118,

 

If it is a solver deck, yes you can open model exported from 12.0 in 13.0 and Vice-Versa.

 

But this is not the case with the models saved as .hm file. No backward compatibility is allowed.
