SPWM on DSO using VisSim and LAUNCHXL-F28027

We are trying to integrate sine wave (sine wave 50Hz from function generator (hardware)) in VisSim using Trapezoidal block, we can see the integrated output in oscilloscope of VisSim but the SPWM of the same cannot be seen on DSO(hardware). We are using GPIOs of LAUNCHXL-F28027. We get the SPWM for first few seconds and later it shows a constant output of 3.3V. We are comparing Cosine with Triangular wave of 1000Hz. What can we do to see the SPWM on DSO?
