Hypermesh 2017 crashes and then starts

Hi to everyone,

I just got Windows 10,  when I open Hypermesh 2017 (even as administrator), I can see on the task manager that System uses 100% GPU, and Hypermesh doesn't respond. If I wait a while (about 30 secs) Hypermesh starts using CPU and starts working. When I open a model, it goes very slow, systems uses 100% GPU again, and Hypermesh glitches.
Does anybody know what I should do? I didn't have this problems on Windows 8.1. Everything was running well.

    Do you have an extrenal GPU? If yes please mention the make and the specification

    I have an integrated GPU and a dedicated one which is amd radeon r7 m260.

    Yeah, I have a dedicated one on my laptop. It's a Amd radeon r7 m260

    Problem solved. I had to reinstall GPU drivers. Now everything is working like it's meant to be.
