Files not available on FTP

Hi,

 

I've recently started going through the Academic Training Center, and I usually find tutorials where the download link of the model is dead: the file is not on the FTP server or even the FTP server is down.
For example this model:
http://training.altairuniversity.com/analysis/structural/nonlinear/nonlinear-static-model-setup-of-a-simple-beam-nlstat/

How can I download the models?

    Which browser were you using for this?

     

    Please try with internet explorer and let me know if you are able to download the files.

    Works well for me with Firefox.

    Thanks for the early replies.

    Somehow the 'pub' directory dissappeared for me at ftp://ftp.altair.de, so the links were 404. I don't know if it was beacause of me or because of the ftp server. However, a few days later I checked and there was no problem.
