Is installed but don't work

When i launch Hyperworks 2019 Student Edition, the windows open and then close immediately. Yesterday i worked, today i had a messsage that he didn't find the licence, because she wasn't anymore at the right place, so i replaced her and so i now have this problem. I uninstall and install the application two times it doesn't change anything.

I maybe have a clue which is this message on Altair HyperStudy :

2 Error : Could not find directory ( Label=HST_APP_ALTAIR_USER_HOME )

3 Error : Failed to create settings folder ( C:/Users/MYNAME/AppData/Local/Altair )

 

What can it be ? How to fiw the problem ?

Please note that the license file is only for one year. Kindly open the license file in a notepad and check the validity. Once expired, you have to apply for it here: https://studentedition.altair.com/. And, note that we are providing 2020 version now. We recommend you to use the latest version. 

 

Also, note the following information about Ethernet ID:

 

You need to confirm if the Ethernet address in the license file is the correct one and matches the one in your machine.

 

When you open the license file in a text editor you will see an Ethernet address there in a line that says 'ETHERNET =

        

The Ethernet ID is the ID of your machine which is exactly 12 hexadecimal numbers. For example D4WRF478F398

 

Run ipconfig/all in command window and check for physical address under Ethernet adapter local area connection:

 

The listed physical address under Ethernet adapter local area connection should be used to generate the license file, if there is no listing of Ethernet adapter local area connection, the address under Wireless Adapter LAN Wifi must be used.

 

That means if the address provided as above does not match the one in the license file, please request for the license file again with the correct Ethernet ID here https://studentedition.altair.com/
