I am able to install and run HyperWorks v13.0, but i get 64 errors about files not found. I have attached the text file.

what is the Operating system you are using?
The executable you have is either corrupted or not downloaded to complete.
Could you please try downloading the executable from Altair store and install the same?
Is the problem with the full version or the student edition?
i cant download the student version. When the download bar fulled, some error occurred says my computer do to many activities, anyone know how to solve it?
