SolidThinking Inspire doesn't works

Hi,

I've installed all the suite of Altair. I've put my licence in the right folder, in fact all the programs work. The only program that I can't open is 'Inspire': when I try to do that, the error message says that the program has stopped working and it closes.

I can't understand why, since all the other programs run without problems.

Can anybody help me to solve that problem?

Thank you very much

Francesco

    Francesco,

Are you working with the free student edition or the purchased full version given by your university?

Can you tell us the operating system you are working on? if it is the student edition, make sure the solid thinking installation is completed without errors and the executable you have downloaded matches the checksum value provided in the site.

The problem could be due to the fact that you have two graphic cards, please disable the intel hd graphics and enable just the Nvidia card, (you may have to disable it through bios, please contact your manufacturer support for how to disable / switch the cards)
