IGBT Switching Loss Modeling

Hello,
I am trying to create a custom IGBT model through the device editor. For the turn on loss curve I am able to create a curve for 25 C at 500 V but when I try to create another curve for 25 C at 1000 V. An error saying I can't have duplicate temperatures for the model even though I am changing the Vce settings under "Other Test Conditions". Does PSIM only allow for linear scaling with voltage for switching loss?

    If you are using version PSIM2021 and older, the Eon vs IC curves for different Vce cannot be drawn in the same device.

    If you want to use 1000V curves for thermal simulation, you can create a new device.

     

    For PSIM version 2022 and newer, different Vce values can be stored in the same device.
