If you are generating DSP code for the PE-pro module you will need to open simulation control (the clock symbol) and go to the SimCoder tab. There you will need to select the hardware target to match the DSP that you are generating code for from the drop down menu.
However, if you are just looking for a generic SV PWM block that is not designed for code generation please use the block in Elements->Control->Other function blocks. Additionally the TI DMC SV PWM blocks can be found in SimCoder->TI DMC library.
