Transistor Sizing in PSIM

Hello All,

I am a new in using PSIM, I used to use LTspice and Simulink for my simulations. I want to ask about the limitations and what PSIM can do in transistor level modeling. I want to simulate a circuit and I want to vary the transistor sizes like W and L. Is that something I can do in PSIM?

W and L (width and length) are SPICE model parameters. PSIM is not a SPICE simulator and does not use these parameters. The PSIM level 2 MOSFET and LEVEL 2 diode with reverse recovery will offer similar simulation results without the SPICE convergence issues. Please also note that we are on the cusp of releasing a PSIM SPICE integration. Please have a look at the attached tutorial videos
