I am working on a buck converter project and I am having trouble understanding something perhaps conceptual and not due to lack of Psim knowledge.Anyway, up until now, I have been using the gating block to drive my MOSFET in my buck converter circuit, but know I need to change that for the closed loop operation. I have seen many people use a comparator to drive the MOSFET. I will upload a schematic to show what I am talking about.
I am trying to create a pulse signal with a duty cycle of 0.6. What are the parameters required for my reference dc source and sinusoidal source or the triangular source? I would appreciate a brief explanation. Thanks a lot.
