Non-linear Capacitor Model

Hello,

as I try to model a capacitor with some nonlinear behaviour, I started with the basic model following the diff. equation ic=C*duc/dt. I took the tutorial inductor.psimsch, as inspiration to build the model.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to get it run and the following error occurs: "One of the output values is out of the numerical range. This is most likely caused by a division operation where the denominator is 0."

Please find attached the schematic of my problem.

Note: When the resistor R2 is disabled, the circuit will run!

Are there any thoughts, suggestions on how I can build something like that?

Many thanks and best regards,
Gebhard

    Hello,
Did you solve the problem?. I am trying to simulate a variable capacitor, and I am getting the same error "One of the output values is out of the numerical range. This is most likely caused by a division operation where the denominator is 0.".
