    Hi, Tinh:

Thank you very much for your help. Every time when I got a question, you replied me very quickly. I got a follow up question about moving things in AcuSolve. If I need to move the red block to the place of the grey box, and to make sure the left-bottom points are at the same location after moving. May I ask if there is a way to do it? Just like moving blocks in AutoCAD using reference points.

    Thank you.

I am not sure but if you can open op2 by hyperview then you could export that data to text format

Can you read op2 by python? HW already integrated python.

    Sample:

    https://pynastran-git.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quick_start/op2_demo.html

I guess that the setup.py generates the compiled function test_op2. Where I can find it 'setup.py' ?

    Hi

I think google can find it.

Are you sure hyperview can't open op2? It's strange.

    This thread is 5yrs old!

I ran your model, with no modifications at all to your set up, and got op2 (attached)
