error to run optistruct
Hi all,
I'm running Optistruct on a aluminum part. But I always got this error and can't find any clue.
I had used tool-> model check but all passed.
It would be very appreciated if anyone could help... Thank you.

Try to renumber nodes and elements: Tool => renumber

I actually did renumber all elems and nodes. But the error still exist.
It seems the number is changed as below. Do you have any idea?
Thanks for your comment.

Did you check quality of the tetras?
Try import the ...bracket.fem and verify it then export it again
Sometimes fe output template does not work properly. If possible please share hm file {delete most of elems if they are confidential, leave a few with error}

Thanks tinh,
Although the tetras are not perfect but I think other model works.
I have imported and exported fem but doesn't work still.
I attached a simplified .hm, which includes the model. It would be appreciated if you could help to take a look it...
Thank you again,
Edison

I am also facing the same issue Sir, I tried both the option you said sir . But still didnt get it error free. Also my mesh is a 1d mesh so I think no chance for any quality issues. If you could please solve it would be great
