Hyper study with adams car

Hello friends
Iam new to this forum. i have a question regarding how to connect hyper study and adams car. When we run adams car simulation we have some responses(called requests in adams car) generated. I want to do multi-objective optimization of those responses with adams car hardpoints as variables in Hyper study. I want to know how to dothis. I searched on internet and hyper study tutorials but could not find relevant literature. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

This 8 year old post appeared on my page today so I will care to answer given it has lot of viewership!
Its fairly easy to set up a HyperStudy DOE/Optimization with MotionView rather than Adams
- MotionView comes with standard vehicle libraries (Car/Truck/Two-wheelers)
- The models including hard points and other properties are parametric in their construction, suitable for optimization
- Has a natural connection with HyperStudy. Model parameters from MotionView can be chosen as design variables graphically.
MotionView Optimization tutorials are a good place to start with.
I am not too familiar with Adams/Car. If Adams/Car can write out a parametrized model information in an Ascii form (.cmd ?), then it is feasible to connect with Hyperstudy. The broad steps would be
- Get a parametrized Ascii file from Adams/Car
- Create a batch script where Adams invoked, the ascii file is read, solver deck is exported and solved
- Register the batch script as a SolverScript in HyperStudy
- Use the ascii file in Hyperstudy as the input file, create design parameters using the file
- Run Set up/DOE/Optimization using the registered solver script.
