DLL Wizard Not Working Visual Studio 2022

Hi

I am trying to create a DLL using the DLL wizard. But I am not able to get it to work with Visual Studio 2022. 

Any help?

    What edition of Visual Studio do you have? Community-Pro-Enterprise

    Can you install the wizard? If yes, does it generate a project?

    What exactly does not work?
