Anyone knows how to set as in the picture below the nodes in the rigid body?<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Your question was not clear to me, but if you meant how to create the rigid body so that the master node is places as you need, you will need to select a node to be the master.
Without selecting a master, HyperCrash will create the master node in the geometry center of the selected slave nodes.
