I am very new to optistruct can any one cleary differentiate Volume frac Response & Volume Response.
The information is available in the user manual,
Formulation for volume fraction:
Volume fraction = (total volume at current iteration – initial non-design volume)/initial design volume
while volume is the volume of the whole structures or individual components or properties.
