how to handle error 14

hello,

is there any one who help me. i m doing cclip tutorial of optisturcture but when i start analysis it shows error 14 even i done the same process as tutorials says,

    Dear Polymerian,

    The .out file should tell you more detail, but this is typically due to elements not having the property defined. Please check the .out file to find out which ones.

    Thanks for your quick reply dear i have done what tutorial says . i check the .output file it is written that Cquad 4 element are nt present but dear that is not for all element .

    and the other thing is this that i also try on other tutorial but the same problem i face .

    maybe wrong property assigned to shell or solid, check your property assignments first. sometimes people usually do that: assign solid property to a component but component also contains shell elements etc. or the reverse situation.

    Hello,

     

    For any of you who might still be facing this issue, and who is working with a solid, simply delete the 2D elements (QUAD4 and TRIA3)  and run the calculation. It worked for me. :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

    Go to Mask browser and hide everything except 2D elements. Goto Delete panel and delete displayed 2D elements.
