I want to calculate the thickness of the componensts given. can any one suggest me in this.
The component may contain fillets , holes and different geometries.

It is very difficult to do. First recognizing (surf) component is sheet metal or not is very difficult.
You can use permutation and combination tricks on list of lengths of lines from the components. Still this is also not sufficient. So better, user need to enter thickness of component.

you could try to let HM create midsurfaces. those midsurfaces 'know' their thickness. try using 'Geom/Mesh' User Menu -> Midsurf Thickness ...
You can also visualize the thickness of the midsurface by 'Geom' Panel -> midsurface -> view thickness.
