I am analyzing a structure that when it deflects will interfere with its self. This is an integral part of its operation. How can I model it so when the two parallel surfaces deflect and collide the analysis takes into account the collision, and the two parts dont just pass through eachother. I havn't been able to find anything helpful in the help or tutorials.

From what I understand I need to define an interface (and depending on the RADIOSS template a contact surface.) Since there are a variety of radioss template which one should I be using to do this the easiest as different ones offer different panels.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks
